The extended strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) may before long be canceled.
The Minister of Labor and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige, gave the clue in Onitsha, Anambra State, while addressing correspondents.
Ngige uncovered that reserves had been given to meet the majority of the requests of the association.
He said the Federal Government would try fundamental endeavors to guarantee that the strike arrives at an end this January.
As per Ngige, the issues that made ASUU to set out on strike depended on assention which the association went into with the organization of previous President Goodluck Jonathan, which the organization neglected to execute before President Muhammadu Buhari assumed control.
As indicated by the clergyman, the Buhari organization is work cordial and is constantly worried about the welfare of the country’s workforce.
